BHP Diagonal Court is one of the projects that Caddis has completed for Boulder Housing Partners, as part of Project Renovate, an ambitious renovation plan of six BHP properties to create affordable housing for Boulder’s families, seniors, and individuals with disabilities. The projects received HUD approval and LIHTC funding.

Diagonal Court is a 30 unit, 5 building renovation project, aimed to host families with children. The site includes a playground, open space, and a new community room. Additionally, solar panels were also added to each unit, to lower electricity costs for residents and improve the sustainability of the project.
