Holyoke is the remodel of and “pop-top” addition to an existing single family home in South Boulder, which included an added garage, finished basement, and backyard patio. The entire home was updated with new exterior wall cladding, metal clad shed roofs, and new high efficiency heating and cooling systems.

The design utilizes sleek modern materials, expansive windows and openings, and an open approach to the plan. The result is a light-filled environment that opens onto the land, as seen in the indoor / outdoor space that is the living room and backyard patio.
