This modular, single-family custom home sits on a beautiful natural site inside the city of Boulder. Our custom design used prefabricated modular boxes manufactured off site to create a simple, black-and-white farm style design using a transitional aesthetic that combines traditional and modern mountain flavors.

Because the home is located in a floodplain, we worked hard to ensure that the design and construction would be flood-protected. We were successful, as the home survived the 2013 Boulder flood while many other homes on similar sites were destroyed.
