Holiday Neighborhood Habitat Homes

These homes, designed for Flatirons Habitat for Humanity, are located in the award-winning, new urbanist Holiday Neighborhood in North Boulder. A four-plex of stacked flats and a five-plex of townhomes.were designed to provide family-oriented housing and to be ready for volunteers to help build in the spirit of Habitat. Caddis had recently completed four homes for Habitat within the nearby Wild Sage Cohousing community, and together these projects explored the necessary adaptation of Habitat to multifamily construction techniques.

The homes fit so nicely into the surrounding Holiday Neighborhood that it is impossible to tell which units are market rate, which are permanently affordable, and which are part of the Habitat program. That makes for a truly mixed-income community!
