Kelly Siu leads all of Caddis’s commercial projects and supports everyone in the office with her technical know-how and ability to think through tricky building construction, building code, and design problems. She creates great relationships with clients, and they deeply respect her opinion and input. As a result, she has drawn many repeat clients because they trust her and appreciate her expertise.
Kelly is a licensed architect with over 25 years of experience in architectural design, project management, and residential construction. She has actively participated as a senior architect, job captain, and team member with all aspects of project design, design development, construction documents, and construction management. She is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
Kelly’s experiences as senior architect for commercial, educational, and recreational developments have given her the opportunity to prepare rezoning permits, coordinate building consultants in organizing and producing the construction document set, and participate in owner approvals. Her architectural design solution for an urban infill project that addresses her environmental interests was awarded the John Gaitanakis Prize in Architecture and was exhibited at the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada 2004 national conference. Kelly is relentless, diligent, and hardworking – and she is technically robust and rigorous. She brings to Caddis her past experience with very large urban projects in Vancouver, British Columbia, including large podium buildings, towers, and pavilions.
Outside of work, Kelly can be found enjoying the outdoor life with her husband and son.
