Bob Wilson

Senior Architect

Imaginative. Determined. Affable.

Bob Wilson is a well-rounded architect with over 20 years of experience in multi-family, affordable housing, and market-rate, single-family housing as well as small-scale commercial projects. He has worked with several of the other firms that are known for leading that movement in the area and has consulted with housing authorities such as Denver Housing Authority and Boulder Housing Partners. Bob has an especially rich background in multi-family placemaking. As a licensed architect and project lead, Bob manages projects for success and on budget. He does an exceptional job of putting the project first and really listening to clients.

Bob is a Colorado native – born, raised, and educated here – yet he has a larger experience of the world, which he brings to bear on projects close to home. His bachelor of arts degree from The Colorado College included a self-designed art and architecture major that helped foster his belief that architectural design solutions should be explored through a multifaceted lens. His undergraduate degree also included a semester in Chicago, where he focused on affordable and supportive housing issues with the Associated Colleges of the Midwest Urban Studies Program. Prior to earning his master of architecture degree from the University of Colorado Denver, Bob spent two years teaching art at a middle school in a small village in Botswana, Africa, with the Peace Corps.

These foundational experiences laid the groundwork for a professional practice dedicated to helping clients achieve successful outcomes through a thoughtful integration of program, budget, context, efficiency, sustainability, and beauty.
