Caddis has partnered with architect and friend Jim Kehoe for this multifamily, 10-building housing facility. With 38 units on 4.3 acres, the site offers a range of for-sale, market-rate housing types from flats to townhouses.
Located along the Uncompahgre River, the project also includes great common areas and ample outdoor space, including a new river walk. One mixed-use building allows for some commercial use on the site, including space for restaurants and coffee shops organized around outdoor gathering areas. The infill project is a great example of how to address the housing crisis in a growing small town on the western slope of Colorado.
