Molly Kostoff

Molly Kostoff has six years of experience at Caddis and is a licensed Architect. Having grown up in Colorado and studied environmental design, Molly is passionate about designing sustainable communities and meaningful places. She is detail-oriented and enjoys working with clients to bring their ideas to fruition.

In 2017, she travelled to Memel, South Africa, with a Caddis team to interview local residents and generate a site plan for a cohousing community.

Molly has also helped with construction and permit documents for several Caddis projects, including the Snowpine Lodge Renovation. As job captain for this 71,000-square-foot hotel in Alta, Utah, she was involved from design development to construction administration. She coordinated drawings, collaborated with the design team, and managed the Building Information Modeling (BIM).

In her spare time, you can find Molly hiking or traveling the world. She enjoys taking photos, sketching, and working on personal projects she creates.
