This project was designed to be located on the former site of a poorly maintained, single-family home. The site is located in a very walkable part of Boulder, right across the street from the main branch of the public library.
Recognizing the latent development potential of this property, our client bought the land at a very low price, with the goal of adding to the value of the property by having a multifamily, infill project designed and approved.
Working as a conceptual architect, Caddis was able to get building approval with steep parking reductions for the client. He ultimately decided not to build the project but instead sold the building with the entitlement process complete to another owner.
