This unbuilt three-story, mixed-use, urban-infill project was designed to include street-facing retail with housing above and to make the most of modular construction on a zero-lot line urban infill site. Our design for this live-work building included a ground-level fully accessible apartment as well as six units on the second and third floors. The ground-level was designed to be constructed on site, while the second- and third-floor apartments would have been prefabricated off-site.
