Caddis Wins Award for Elks Club Design
Caddis Collaborative is delighted to announce that it has won the award for Best Overall Design in the 2025 Design Challenge from Boulder’s Month of Modern (MoM). The competition asked architects, designers, and students to reimagine the Boulder Elks Club, an historic mid-century community hub. “The jury loved the design’s visionary spirit and applauded how boldly it reimagined the Elks Club’s potential,” says MoM.
Caddis Employee Named TGTHR Volunteer of the Year
Caddis Collaborative business manager Karin Hoskin has been named Volunteer of the Year for TGTHR, an organization serving homeless youth in Boulder, Colorado. Karin is part of TGTHR’s Street Outraech team.

Bryan Bowen Wins Green Building Leadership Award

Update January 11, 2018: Woodward Park City was approved unanimously Tuesday night by Summit County! The 52,000-square-foot, year-round action sports recreation center and training facility will be built at Gorgoza Park, Utah. Designed to accommodate people at all skill levels, Woodward Park City will include both indoor and outdoor features, including snowboarding and skiing, terrain parks, tubing, trampolines, foam pits, skate ramps, parkour area, and more.

Our Fraser, Colorado, Net Zero Energy home was featured on Houzz today. This project was a 5,232-square-foot, year-round residence in an extremely harsh environment.
