Holyoke Pop-Top

Holyoke is a “pop-top” addition to an existing split-level, single-family home in South Boulder. This project included a new primary suite and office space addition as well as a remodeled kitchen/dining/living spaces, garage, and bedroom level and a basement. The landscape was reworked to connect to the home via a generous backyard patio abutting open space and harvesting amazing views. The entire home was updated with new exterior wall cladding, metal-clad shed roofs, and new, high-efficiency heating and cooling systems.

The design utilized sleek modern materials, expansive windows and openings, and an open approach to the plan. The result is a light-filled environment that opens onto the land, as seen in the indoor/outdoor space that is the living room and backyard.
