The Sugarloaf Mountain House is a new construction custom home, located in the beautiful mountains adjacent to Sugarloaf Mountain. The home was designed to amplify views, blend into the site’s steep slope, and create calm and peaceful spaces. Special attention was also given to moisture resistant strategies and exceptional natural and mechanical ventilation.
