Turnberry Circle House

This house was built to replace a home burned down in the 2021 Marshall Fire. Designed to meet Passive House guidelines, the home backs up to natural open space. Our design takes advantage of this siting: we incorporated sweeping, south-facing views and solar orientation. In addition, the house presents a modern street elevation that fits with the outdated requirements of the original HOA.
